DMC PROPERTY MAINTENANCE, INC - Lock Change / Securing

Properties will be secured to prevent unauthorized entry and protect against weather related damage.
Initial Securing. An initial secure is a work order directing to preserve and protect the property from deteriorating or suffering any damages until conveyance. Each company requesting an initial secure will have their own list of services which, when performed, satisfy an initial secure. These services generally include:

lock change and lock box installation
removal of interior and exterior trash
boarding of damaged windows and/or doors
remove abandoned vehicles
cut grass, trim shrubs, edge lawn
broom sweep interior
winterize and or de-winterize as necessary
remove snow
take pictures
submit damage and condition report

Temporary Roof Repair

Roof damage left unattended exposes a property to deterioration; moisture accumulation and mold growth. Temporary repairs (e.g., tarping/patching/or replacing loose shingles) should be performed immediately upon discovery of roof damage. Tarps and other temporary measures may be used to prevent further deterioration only until permanent repairs can be completed. DMC will provide before and after pictures of all damage and subsequent repairs.

Swimming Pools / Hot Tubs

Securing or winterizing swimming pools and hot tubs or spas are important to prevent accidents, insurance claims and future damage.
